Lucas Vazquez de Ayllon
He was a Spanish explorer. His family was a
Spanish nobility. He had a well 
educated befitting his status. 
His career was a Spanish Conquistador and Explorer.

He was born in 1475 and died of a fever on
October 18, 1526.

He was 54 years old. He was the first
European colonizer of South Carolina and discoverer of Chesapeake Bay.

   He found the colony of San Miguel
de Guandape which has a notorious 
place in history. He’s a Spanish Conquistador and Explorer. In 1526 Lucas
Vazquez de Allyon died October 18, 1526 of a
fever.
